Lawyer, with more than eighteen years of experience in international cooperation and sustainable development.
For more than 15 years, I have worked to advance Human Rights and Sustainable Development, collaborating with public institutions and development cooperation organizations across Latin America. I have led and supported programmes and projects focused on water protection, conflict prevention and resolution, and participatory solutions. One of the most meaningful parts of my journey has been supporting and making visible women’s leadership in traditionally male-dominated sectors, such as water and sanitation.
Today, I live in Italy and want to put my experience at the service of other women. I am inspired by the opportunity to share knowledge, open doors, build partnerships, and create bridges among women from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds. I truly believe in the strength that emerges when we listen to one another, support each other, and recognize the value that each of us brings.
This belief gave birth to TEJIDAS. Together with Isabel Vargas in Italy, and later with Aideé and Paola from Germany and France, we turned a shared idea into the growing network we are today.
For me, that is what TEJIDAS is all about: a space to connect, learn from one another, build meaningful collaborations, and discover what we can create when we choose to do it together.
